Exchanges & Cancellations
Acceptable within 5 days. Request makes after 5 working days till the scheduled delivery date, we will charge 10% of item’s amount as a processing fee.
Refund Policies:
14 days return is acceptable for refund. Buyer pays for return shipping.
As the buyer, you should be aware of the possibilities:
• Delays from customs inspection.
• Import duty for out of EU buyer must pay.
• Custom-made items can’t be refunded.
• Return with missing parts or lost in pieces can’t be accepted.
