Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with CasAmin Möbel. 

We deliver furniture to most European countries & small items to The USA at fair shipping prices.

The exact delivery and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery times

Please refer to the individual product pages for specific delivery times. Generally, the items are in stock and ready to ship within 10 days. If your order includes items with varying delivery times, the entire order will be dispatched based on the longest delivery time.

Should a delivery be delayed in exceptional circumstances, we will inform you immediately by email.

Shipping via freight carrier

We select the best shipping method- carton package service or freight forwarding based on your item’s dimensions and weight. 

Bulky goods are shipped via freight forwarding on a pallet. In this case, the shipping company will notify you in advance of your goods and arrange a delivery date with you. Delivery is made to the curb on a pallet. Upon request, we will provide you with the shipment details of the shipping company.

Attention: Surcharges apply to islands

Our system calculates prices for mainland shipping. If you specify an island as your delivery address, the shipping costs will be different.

Delivery to Switzerland and other non-EU countries

For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and all non-EU countries, you pay the net value plus shipping costs.

When the goods arrive, you will need to pay the destination country’s VAT plus a small customs clearance fee.
