Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since receipt, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
As the buyer, you should be aware of these possibilities:
-Items with obvious signs of use.
-Items that are no longer in their original condition.
-Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
-Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
-Items that are in custom-made (only for you) can’t be refunded.
-No returns or refunds will be accepted for damage caused by use after 3-month guarantee period
These items are considered ineligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
LATE OR MISSiNG REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

We accept item exchages within 3 days of order confirmation, or if the items arrive defective or damaged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please contact us by email first to receive return instructions. We will respond to your request within 24 hours. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
