Every wooden piece may have minor dents, tiny peeling leaf ( because of new made), imperfect carving texture to imitate an authentic carved look.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Acceptable within 5 days. Request makes after 5 working days till the scheduled delivery date, we will charge 10% of item’s amount as a processing fee.
Refunds:
Return is accepted for refund within 14 days.
We won't be able to refund or pay for the following issues:
Transport costs.
Being used.
Custom made orders.
Import duty may have.
Returns in damages or lost pieces.
