Refund Policies:
- Damaged
If received the packages in visible breakage, please take the evidence photos.
Then, contact us by email within 2 days upon receipt.
We will proceed the return & refund within 14 days.
-Non Damaged
14 days return is acceptable for refund only in EU zone. Buyer pays for return shipping. If you use a shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
International shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value. Sellers declare the item's customs value and must comply with customs declaration laws.
As the buyer, you should be aware of these possibilities:
• Delays from customs inspection.
• Import duties for non-EU buyers must pay.
• Custom-made items can’t be refunded.
• Return with missing parts can’t be accepted for refund.
